Temperature + Humidity

Methods

Few products operate under fixed temperature and humidity conditions. For that reason most products need to be evaluated while being exposed to a range of temperature and humidity conditions.

Complete vehicles (as large as a full-sized SUV) can be accommodated in our drive-in chambers for exposures between -40C and +85C and up to 95% RH.

Component level tests can be accommodated in a series of reach-in chambers for exposures between -73C and +120C and up to 95% RH.

Rapid temperature swings can also stress your products. Our thermal shock chambers can transfer a product from -73C to +200C in as little as 10 seconds with liquid nitrogen boost if required for larger masses.

Rapid temperature transitions can be combined with vibration testing in the AGREE chamber with transition rates as high as 20C per minute for HALT reliability testing.
