Fatigue testing is designed to simulate the cyclic stresses that your product undergoes during a lifetime of loading. With our Instron servohydraulic test equipment we can apply up to +/- 50 kN. To achieve rapid lifetime cycle totals, the technology usually controls the cycle frequency to 5 to 10 hz although frequencies of as high as 100 hz can be applied to high compliance load trains.

The condition of the component during the exposure can monitored through application of strain gages to the surface of the product.
